To support holistic grant and contract management across federal, state, and city funding streams, the remote Manager, Government Contracts will ensure strong contract performance, regulatory compliance, and accurate revenue recognition while collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities: Independently manage an assigned portfolio of grants, overseeing execution, monitoring, and renewal processes Support negotiation and legal review on assigned awards, escalating high-risk terms as necessary Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with grant requirements Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience managing government contracts, grants, or sponsored programs in nonprofit or public sector organizations Proven experience with post-award grant administration and compliance oversight Knowledge of revenue recognition principles for various types of contracts Familiarity with federal, state, and local government grant systems and portals
